Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Design and implement custom solutions using Workday tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while improving application performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Workday Global Absence.
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Global Absence.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions using Workday tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with software development practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality assurance.
