Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, configure, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand requirements and make key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to immediate and cross-team problems.
- Manage and support team performance and contribute to team decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Mentor junior team members and promote software development best practices.
- Continuously improve application performance, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and Angular or React.
- Familiarity with MySQL or Oracle database management systems.
- Knowledge of Git and version-control practices.
- Python and C++ experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
