Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and evaluate technology choices with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code from other developers and provide feedback on quality, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues affecting hardware, network, or service operations.
- Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions while managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using C++, C, or Python.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networking, compute technologies, or hardware architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 1 year in a technical leadership role, and experience developing accessible technologies.
