Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Design and execute test cases, automate software validation, and ensure code quality and error-free releases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, investigate system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, customer query resolution, and on-time delivery.
- Collect customer requirements and feedback and maintain professional, responsive customer interactions.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to remain current with programming best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise development skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, and maintain applications.
- Experience with software validation, test-case execution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with technical, functional, project management, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders and provide timely status updates.
