- Design, build, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines for backend, data, machine learning, AI, and containerised services.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code and reusable environment orchestration across development, test, and production environments.
- Deploy, operate, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes and AWS EKS workloads, including worker nodes, resources, and deployment patterns.
- Establish observability through logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerting, and operational health monitoring.
- Support operational readiness through runbooks, support models, incident response, post-incident improvements, and recovery paths.
- Design and support AWS serverless and event-driven architectures using services such as Lambda, S3, SQS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, Secrets Manager, and Step Functions.
- Collaborate with ML and AI engineers on model packaging, deployment, versioning, inference services, monitoring hooks, and retraining workflows.
- Embed security, compliance, auditability, policy, vulnerability scanning, and cost controls into pipelines and infrastructure.
- Contribute to platform documentation, engineering standards, reusable templates, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
