Responsibilities
- Own the AI integration layer between foundational LLMs and core GTM stack.
- Design prompting strategies and orchestration logic for AI systems.
- Build AI data infrastructure, including retrieval pipelines and RAG systems.
- Design and deploy intuitive AI interfaces for user workflows.
- Lead the transition from POC to production for AI pilots.
- Partner with GTM and RevOps stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience building AI-powered applications that deliver business value.
- Hands-on expertise with agent frameworks and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Experience with automation and iPaaS platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
- A business-first mindset with an understanding of GTM motions.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex automation logic to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
