Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems.
- Own the Enterprise Technology tech stack desk and systems landscape, maintaining data integrity and system cohesion.
- Align technical vision and execution strategy with leadership and translate business needs into high-performing operations.
- Partner with product teams to refine and deliver the product roadmap.
- Guide the Salesforce Center of Excellence and establish platform standards and best practices.
- Conduct vendor and tool assessments across the RevTech landscape.
- Oversee CI/CD processes and environment strategies across deployment tools.
- Evaluate Salesforce features and third-party tools and lead proof-of-concept efforts.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with FinTech, MarTech, and EDI teams to implement Salesforce-native integrations.
- Provide escalation support for complex production issues and lead post-incident root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, including time as an Architect or Technical Lead focused on operational enablement and execution.
- Experience architecting solutions beyond core Salesforce and integrating auxiliary tools and modern data or automation layers such as Clay.io and Roadrunner.io.
- Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components including Aura and LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
- Proficiency with Salesforce integration patterns including REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, External Services, and Connect.
- Experience with integration and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture, and large data volume management.
- Experience guiding CI/CD, release management, Salesforce DX, unlocked packages, and modular development using tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, and Git.
- Experience with Salesforce Security architecture and implementation, including Identity & Access Management, Shield Platform Encryption, and Event Monitoring.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging platforms such as Splunk or New Relic.
- Familiarity with AI Agents, Agentforce, and intelligent automation in Salesforce ecosystems.
- Strong technical documentation, communication, and peer collaboration skills in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly regarded.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, business analysts, leadership, and cross-functional technology teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
