Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce and GTM systems.
- Maintain the Enterprise Technology tech stack and ensure data integrity.
- Align technical vision with leadership and translate business needs into operations.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine and deliver the product roadmap.
- Conduct vendor assessments for future-proof technical integrations.
- Oversee CI/CD processes and environment strategies.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and lead proof of concept efforts.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments.
- Implement reliable integrations using Salesforce-native patterns.
- Provide escalation support for complex production issues.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem in an Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Proven ability to architect solutions beyond core Salesforce.
- Hands-on proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow.
- Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and security architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and release management workflows.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong background in Salesforce Security architecture and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills in English.
