Responsibilities
- Build high-impact, real-time treasury and financing systems for global trading.
- Design and implement scalable C#/.NET services and APIs.
- Partner with traders and operations to translate business requirements into software.
- Lead the adoption of DevOps practices within the team.
- Develop responsive front-end components using React.
- Implement automated testing strategies including unit and integration tests.
- Support production systems by diagnosing and resolving software incidents.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate and mentor within a distributed development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of object-oriented programming experience with C# and .NET.
- Working knowledge of React or another modern front-end framework.
- Significant experience with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience writing automated tests and applying Test-Driven Development.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, distributed systems, and containerization.
- Experience implementing DevOps practices and using CI tools like GitHub and Jenkins.
- Proven experience in production application support and incident resolution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities.
