Base Salary

$60k - $180k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop, test, integrate, and verify electrical components, equipment, systems, and bare-metal firmware.
Design and implement firmware in C for ARM Cortex-M and other microcontroller architectures.
Develop drivers and low-level interfaces for SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, and timer peripherals.
Profile and optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and memory constraints.
Participate in requirements analysis, technical reviews, root cause analysis, and defined engineering processes.
Collaborate with hardware engineers, systems architects, product teams, project leaders, program managers, and external customers.
Translate system requirements into firmware solutions and support complex design teams.

Active Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field plus at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Research and development experience and awareness of technology trends.
Demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, SWD/JTAG debuggers, and embedded testing frameworks.
Ability and interest in applying AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Stated base salary range of $60,000–$180,000, subject to role, experience, location, market data, and other factors.
