Base Salary
$90k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications for government and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, system administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs for interoperability and secure data exchange.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and documentation.
- Support application performance, security, reliability, compliance, deployment, and automation efforts.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve defects and production issues.
Requirements
- Secret clearance and TS eligibility are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Five years of Java development experience with strong Java proficiency, including JDK 8 or higher, are required.
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Java Collections Framework, multithreading and concurrency, exception handling, API integrations, Eclipse IDE, IntelliTrack Entellitrak, and enterprise or government systems is required.
- Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2017 or newer, and T-SQL is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Jaspersoft Studio, DevExpress, hybrid Java/.NET environments, relational databases, data modeling, Git, secure coding, NIST, FISMA, and Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders are expected.
