Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, Senior Consultants, and Project Managers on customer engagements.
- Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management practices.
- Participate in customer business-process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under Solution Architect guidance.
- Help build, test, train customers on, and deploy solutions.
- Document system requirements and solution designs.
- Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Maximum of up to 2 years of work experience after university.
- BA, BS, or BBA degree with strong and consistent academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study.
- Fluency in German at native level and English.
- Currently living in Germany or having completed or being in the process of completing studies at a German university.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 20–30% of the time.
- Strong time management, prioritization, deadline management, communication, analytical, and solution-design skills.
- Interest in or experience using software to improve process efficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Preferred backgrounds include biomedical or biochemical engineering, business, management information systems, software or mechanical engineering, life sciences, or similar experience.
- Preferred experience includes an internship or work with a pharmaceutical company, community or organizational leadership, teaching or tutoring, programming, relational database concepts, CRM or document management systems, and another European language such as French or Italian.
