Responsibilities
- Partner with Deployment Strategists and Sales to understand enterprise needs, architect solutions, and develop agentic applications.
- Build agentic systems by orchestrating LLM workflows, integrating enterprise infrastructure, and deploying reliable production systems.
- Collaborate with research teams to adapt and fine-tune models for customer-specific requirements.
- Support end-to-end deployments across public cloud, VPC, and on-premises environments, including scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to playbooks, processes, and best practices for the Forward Deployed Engineering organization.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background and experience shipping production-grade systems with Python and TypeScript.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, evaluations, and fine-tuning.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Ability and interest to work directly with customers, understand user needs, architect business solutions, and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Self-starter with strong ownership who can work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
