Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application.
- Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end from user interface through APIs and infrastructure.
- Optimize and scale voice AI infrastructure to improve latency, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with founders and teammates to shape product direction.
- Ship to production frequently and iterate based on real user feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong generalist engineering skills with expertise in either front-end or back-end development and comfort working across the stack.
- Front-end expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance, user experience, and clean architecture.
- Back-end experience with Go and building reliable, scalable systems.
- Product-minded approach with an understanding of tradeoffs among speed, quality, and scale.
