Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and deliver AI software products and platform capabilities from concept through production deployment.
- Work with Software Development, Data Science, Product Management, Engineering, and domain experts to create AI-powered products and identify modernization opportunities.
- Drive architecture decisions and technical direction across multiple teams and initiatives.
- Improve scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, performance, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and development frameworks and translate them into practical customer solutions.
- Champion software quality through engineering practices, automation, observability, testing, and production operations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers across experience levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 8 years of progressive software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, C#, or C++.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering complex software products in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, cloud-native applications, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing architecture decisions at scale.
- Experience building highly available, performant, and secure enterprise-grade applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and observability practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
