Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, translate them into application requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and guide functional design approval.
- Design, build, configure, test, and support Kinaxis Maestro Advanced Planning solutions, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, DRP, and MEIO.
- Develop and configure Kinaxis Maestro integrations, including data mapping, loading, transformation, validation, and reprocessing.
- Troubleshoot medium-to-complex configuration and technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain system availability within support SLAs.
- Coordinate incident triage with SAP HANA, ADF, Informatica, MuleSoft, network, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage production incidents, error monitoring, performance monitoring, database connectivity monitoring, security administration, and application configuration.
- Support critical production functions, knowledge management, user training, functional support, process improvements, and knowledge base documentation.
- Work with Kinaxis to resolve critical Maestro production incidents and provide updates on assigned tickets, enhancements, and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a global ERP, supply chain systems, or IT environment.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, developing, configuring, testing, supporting, and administering Kinaxis Maestro applications for enterprise organizations.
- At least one end-to-end Kinaxis implementation project in a large and complex environment.
- Kinaxis certifications including Maestro Author Level 1, Level 2, and Integration.
- Prior ERP integration experience, preferably in a SAP environment.
- Experience delivering solutions in development teams and managing multiple projects against objectives.
- Deep functional and domain expertise with hands-on configuration, training, and documentation experience.
- Preferred: at least two prior Kinaxis Maestro APS implementation or support projects and supply chain planning domain experience.
- Preferred: advanced Kinaxis Maestro certifications such as Maestro Author Level 3 or Admin.
- Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, collaboration, relationship-building, and independent execution skills.
