Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the Integrations platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of core integration components.
- Serve as a hands-on expert in software design and system architecture.
- Guide the team’s use of AWS services for scalable integration workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate with third-party platforms like Salesforce.
- Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering quality.
- Mentor and support engineers through design reviews and technical coaching.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend and systems integration.
- Proven expertise in designing and building robust APIs and scalable integration architectures.
- Strong experience in diagnosing and preventing performance issues.
- Proficient in at least two programming languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong AWS experience, particularly with services relevant to data and integration.
- A product mindset and pragmatic approach to technical decision-making.
- A strong mentoring orientation and desire to elevate team members.
