Base Salary

$280k - $380k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
Collaborate through code reviews to ensure best practices and technical standards.
Work with security teams to implement security best practices and compliance standards.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using agile methodologies.
Lead incident response efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Implement incident management processes and conduct post-incident reviews.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
Drive continuous improvement by automating tasks and refining workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical outages.

8+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Service Mesh technologies.
Experience in cloud-focused software development, preferably in Go or Python.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Experience with CI/CD automation and related tools.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proven track record of implementing scalable infrastructure solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive and self-motivation to understand complex infrastructure environments.
Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred.
