Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to improve key KPIs.
- Identify user-funnel bottlenecks and develop technical solutions to improve conversion throughout the user lifecycle.
- Build growth-oriented features including onboarding flows, referral systems, and automated engagement loops.
- Develop scalable code and infrastructure supporting growth initiatives and experimentation frameworks.
- Instrument tracking, build dashboards, and analyze cohorts, engagement metrics, and experiment outcomes.
- Partner with product managers, designers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers on growth goals and execution.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and build pragmatic solutions.
- Automate repetitive tasks and create internal tools that accelerate experimentation and execution.
- Stay current on growth-oriented technologies and propose new tactics to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in technologies such as Node, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with data analysis and database query languages such as SQL.
- Familiarity with instrumentation, analytics tools such as Amplitude, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to design and interpret experiments using statistical thinking.
