Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve key KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks in user funnels and develop solutions to enhance conversion rates.
- Build growth-oriented product features such as onboarding flows and referral systems.
- Develop scalable code and infrastructure to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with data teams to instrument tracking and derive insights from user behavior.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to analyze engagement metrics and experiment outcomes.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and marketers to align on growth goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose new tactics for growth.
- Automate repetitive tasks and build internal tools for faster experimentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Node, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with data analysis and SQL.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
- Comfort with designing and interpreting experiments based on statistical thinking.
