Base Salary

$180k - $290k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for growth and experimentation.
  • Build and optimize analytics pipelines to capture key product and growth metrics.
  • Develop automated workflows for user onboarding and campaign delivery.
  • Support A/B testing frameworks and integrate them into production systems.
  • Enable reliable data collection for growth experiments.
  • Automate deployment of growth feature flags and tests.
  • Partner with product managers and data engineers to define technical requirements.
  • Translate business goals into technical specifications.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting for growth infrastructure services.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize for uptime.
  • Evaluate new tools and drive best practices in infrastructure as code.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building backend or infrastructure-focused services.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platform infrastructure like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms like StatSig or LaunchDarkly.
