Responsibilities
- Transform existing fleet-simulation components into a user-friendly environment.
- Connect simulation, data, and fleet-orchestration algorithms.
- Create mechanisms for measuring the impact of orchestration algorithms on fleet efficiency.
- Collaborate with data science and ML teams to prioritize simulation initiatives.
- Establish best practices for simulation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience in a production environment, especially in Python.
- Experience building tools or frameworks for non-specialist users.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Ability to design metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
