Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and development standards for custom software solutions.
- Lead and manage teams through software design and delivery while making decisions for the team.
- Develop scalable and high-performance software solutions using Python.
- Drive improvements in software architecture and development processes.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration, monitor project timelines, and manage resource allocation.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience with Python is specified.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns is required.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance software solutions is required.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices is required.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform architecture is preferred.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
