Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune across web UI, Android/iOS mobile, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms and operating system versions.
- Configure and validate devices under varied Intune compliance, enrollment, and policy scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations, and collaborate on root-cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Contribute to build verification tests, sprint sign-off validations, test data generation, environment setup, and automation stability.
- Optimize automation frameworks and pipelines for improved coverage and stability.
- Use Azure DevOps CI/CD tools to enable unattended and scalable test execution.
- Provide testing reports and insights through Power BI and ADO Reports dashboards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SDET or test automation.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#, with JavaScript or Python also listed as relevant languages; TypeScript and C# are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium or Appium experience is also relevant, with Playwright the primary preference.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of AAD, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and version control using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, service-level testing, PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, Endpoint security, MDM/EMM, UEM platforms, and LLM/Copilot-assisted or self-healing automation frameworks.
