Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement digital, automation, data-analysis, and process-control solutions for manufacturing plants.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to identify and deliver optimization and digital-transformation projects.
- Analyze process data and apply statistical methods to improve process capability and control-loop performance.
- Define appropriate controls hardware platforms and systems for process-control implementations.
- Transfer new process-control technologies into manufacturing and train manufacturing and engineering personnel.
- Document findings and technologies in technical reports and functional specifications, and generate invention disclosures and patent applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing, with automation or optimization project implementation experience.
- Programming experience with Python, C#, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Skills involving web development, .NET, Flask, Microsoft IIS, Visual Studio, and Git.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL, and Power BI.
- Preferred experience includes manufacturing process control, process data analysis, system modeling and identification, control-loop design and tuning, statistical analysis, Lean-Optimization such as Six Sigma/DMAIC, ChatGPT and RAG implementations, process-control technologies, and machine vision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare and present proposals across multiple organizations.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
