Base Salary
$40k - $40k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain EHR forms and templates in the NextGen development environment.
- Write logic and validation supporting clinical documentation, compliance, data integrity, and reporting standards.
- Integrate data from sources such as lab results, medications, and health information exchanges into unified workflows.
- Assist with .NET C# MVC development for lightweight internal tools and workflow support.
- Participate in design meetings, software testing, bug tracking, release testing, and beta support.
- Support the Helpdesk and train staff on new EHR functionality and logic changes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with database-driven systems, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database design.
- Experience with or exposure to .NET development using C# and MVC.
- Ability to translate clinical and administrative needs into software design logic.
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows, documentation, and compliance.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with EHR form design or clinical application development is preferred.
- Exposure to NextGen or willingness to train in the platform is highly desirable.
