Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable, scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, object-oriented principles, and design patterns.
- Build full-stack solutions with appropriate relational and NoSQL persistence mechanisms.
- Develop in a continuous integration and delivery environment using Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Implement coding best practices and program code-quality gates.
- Conduct proofs of concept based on business needs.
- Coordinate with Mastercard groups to support project success.
- Provide technical mentoring and training for junior developers.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Full-stack development skills and in-depth product development knowledge.
- Experience developing online or real-time systems.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Experience with or desirable knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry and digital-native architecture.
- Event-driven architecture experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, learning, and technical mentoring abilities.
