Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, optimized, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Implement unit testing and secure coding practices to improve reliability and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Analyze information, resolve technical problems, advise stakeholders, and contribute to risk and control management.
- If assigned leadership responsibilities, guide professional development, allocate work, and coordinate team resources.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the assigned area of expertise.
- Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts relevant to the area of expertise.
- Ability to apply technical experience to select solutions and resolve problems.
- Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and influence decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and understand how the sub-function contributes to organizational objectives.
- Commitment to applicable policies, procedures, regulations, codes of conduct, and risk controls.
