Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems incorporating RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and real-time inference.
- Design how ML models, generative AI components, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure work together securely and cost-effectively.
- Select cloud platforms, foundation models, vector databases, and other technologies for AI/ML solutions.
- Establish MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, data lineage, and governance practices.
- Translate business goals into technical requirements and lead RFP/RFI responses.
- Present solution architectures to executives, customers, vendors, field teams, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-domain technical dependencies and provide governance for upgrades, configurations, integrations, and change activities.
- Drive automation, identify risks and recurring issues, initiate corrective actions, and improve processes.
- Prepare technical reports, root-cause-analysis summaries, and performance insights.
- Mentor engineers and other teams while staying current with emerging technologies and industry practices.
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on delivery of ML/AI projects into production.
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Pexpect.
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, Apache Spark, Airflow, and feature stores.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and related AI/ML services.
- Ability to design AI/ML architectures involving RAG, multi-agent orchestration, real-time inference, MLOps, governance, and compliance.
- Strong problem framing, cross-team orchestration, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer or Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional certifications.
- Telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage.
- Academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
