Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for data platforms and pipelines.
- Scale pipelines and systems while ensuring data quality.
- Translate business goals into actionable data products.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards across services.
- Mentor Senior Engineers and lead architecture reviews.
- Facilitate collaboration between AI engineers and other teams.
- Prototype data/ML capabilities and evaluate their feasibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and operating production data systems.
- Deep experience in Python and modern service architectures.
- Extensive experience with training and deploying machine learning models, especially in NLP/LLM.
- Fluency in operational maturity, including SLOs and observability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
