Base Salary
$108k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in Agile software development activities and perform iteration and functionality testing in a commercial cloud environment.
- Assess testing complexity and effort against user story acceptance criteria in collaboration with the development team.
- Develop automated recurring and regression test cases using tools such as Selenium and Katalon Studio.
- Create, execute, and document end-to-end functionality test cases and result narratives in JIRA and Confluence.
- Apply DevOps practices to maintain repeatable test scripts and configuration management.
- Support software performance testing and evaluation using tools such as JMeter.
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
- Experience creating, authoring, executing, and documenting software test cases and result sets in an Agile cadence.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio.
- Ability to write efficient and scalable test scripts.
- Direct experience with software performance testing practices.
- Experience testing in commercial cloud platforms such as AWS and working with DevOps tools in a SAFe Agile and DevOps environment.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 6 or more years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Preferred: hands-on Katalon Studio and Katalon Runtime Engine experience.
- Preferred: programming experience in Java or Python.
- Preferred: experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and AWS integrations for automated testing.
