Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features end to end across the stack.
- Collaborate with product and design to solve customer problems.
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve workflows or enable new product experiences.
- Prototype with modern AI models and APIs and productionize promising experiments.
- Keep systems fast, reliable, and easy to iterate on.
- Use AI-powered development tools to increase individual and team leverage.
- Improve development workflows, tooling, and deployment processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building product-driven software.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go, with some Python exposure.
- Experience with web frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong product instincts and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for experimenting with models, agents, and developer tools; prior professional AI/ML experience is not required.
- Ability to learn quickly as the AI ecosystem evolves.
