Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate solutions to improve and automate security capabilities.
- Leverage data to identify trends and enhance security posture.
- Lead incident response efforts, including analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Craft and refine security documentation for the Security Program.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers or analysts.
Requirements
- BS/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or 8 years of security experience without a degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a trusted advisor in a team setting.
- 4+ years of experience coaching other engineers or analysts.
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and data architectures.
- Understanding of protecting PII/PHI and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language for automation.
