Responsibilities
- Work with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to understand requirements, provide technical options and trade-offs, and establish timelines.
- Collaborate with Android, iOS, backend, QA, and ML engineers to design and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Write reusable, scalable, and testable code and deliver features on time with high quality.
- Review code and engineering specifications and provide constructive feedback to improve engineering standards.
- Participate in on-call duty by triaging, debugging, mitigating, and fixing complex issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems environments.
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, C++, or Python.
- In-depth experience using AI agents to solve problems.
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.
- Experience developing large-scale, high-throughput distributed systems.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including auto-scaling and resource management.
