Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions involving Agentforce, prompt templating, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration layers.
- Architect high-scale real-time integrations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Integrate Salesforce structured and unstructured data with downstream AI agents and build data health and context-enrichment pipelines.
- Lead technical solutioning for autonomous workflows, copilots, multi-agent systems, and data-first agent-aware architecture.
- Partner with product, RevOps, data, and product engineering teams to create CRM data products that support autonomous decision-making and AI agents.
- Architect distributed systems that synchronize Salesforce with other systems using Kafka, Spark, or similar streaming technologies.
- Develop scalable, testable, high-performance Java middleware connecting CRM and cloud services.
- Deploy and monitor Salesforce-integrated products with agent observability, telemetry, and auditability.
- Champion Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, automated testing, fault tolerance, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish technical standards, code quality practices, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software development experience focused on scalable, fault-tolerant, CRM-integrated architectures.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and GCP or Azure connectivity to Salesforce.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Shield, CRM data modeling, and high-volume data processing.
- Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and complex REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Experience optimizing SOQL/SOSL and managing large Salesforce datasets in multi-tenant environments.
- Experience writing clean, testable backend code in Java or Python for middleware services using Apache Camel or MuleSoft.
- Mastery of Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Copado, and AI automated testing and deployment frameworks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data security, including Data Mask, encryption, governance, auditability, and compliance.
- Understanding of distributed systems and Kafka or Spark integrations with Salesforce for real-time data synchronization.
- Preferred experience in ad-tech or high-scale B2B SaaS companies.
- Preferred track record delivering enterprise Agentic AI solutions with sophisticated Salesforce UIs and high-performance backend services.
- Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud, Order Management System, Revenue Cloud, or related platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation, agent observability tooling, or RAG pipeline design is preferred.
