Base Salary
$135k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring and alerting.
- Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations.
- Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir’s services and infrastructure.
- Reduce manual operations and automate workflows where possible.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for production issues.
- Develop novel solutions in Palantir’s Foundry and Apollo platforms.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
- Active US Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Confidence in troubleshooting complex systems issues independently.
- Ability to identify and automate highly manual tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
