Base Salary
$135k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and operate Palantir software through monitoring, alerting, configuration management, and upgrades
- Deploy Palantir products at customer sites and migrate deployments to newer infrastructure types
- Debug, improve, and optimize services and infrastructure for reliability and scalability
- Automate workflows, processes, and runbooks to reduce manual operations
- Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues and participate in an on-call schedule
- Develop infrastructure solutions in Palantir’s Foundry and Apollo platforms
Requirements
- Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently using observability tools and service logs
- Ability to automate manual tasks and workflows and improve operational processes
- Comfort working with large-scale production systems, including load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management
- Ability to work autonomously in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
