Base Salary
$155k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, automate, and operate reliable cloud infrastructure supporting Intersight at scale.
- Improve service reliability through monitoring, observability, automation, capacity management, and SRE practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Build automation and tooling with Python, Go, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, and platform teams to improve scalability, availability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in production operations, releases, and on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus five years of related experience, master’s degree plus three years, or PhD plus zero years of related experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, networking, security, and CI/CD.
- Experience with observability and monitoring practices involving metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages and strong software development principles.
- Experience building and operating highly available cloud platforms and infrastructure at scale is preferred.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities are preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent cloud/security certifications are preferred.
Benefits
- The stated starting base salary range is $155,000.00 to $222,600.00, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
