Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI solutions and agentic workflows for requirements engineering, specification management, software integration, and business processes.
- Implement AI services for analyzing documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems.
- Build production-ready solutions using tool calling, MCP, retrieval, workflow orchestration, and multi-step agentic processes.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and minimum viable products while documenting and continuously optimizing AI services and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases.
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, ideally with C#, C++, Rust, or Java.
- Knowledge of Python or TypeScript is helpful.
- Strong background in software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with large language models and generative AI, including API-based integration.
- Knowledge of agentic AI systems, tool calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes.
- Experience with modern agent frameworks and coding tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Kimi.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data privacy requirements for production AI solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
