Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions and agentic workflows supporting requirements engineering, specification, and software integration.
- Design and implement AI-based services for analyzing documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems.
- Build production-oriented AI solutions using tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs and continuously analyze, document, and optimize AI services and integrations.
- Collaborate with business departments to identify and implement AI use cases.
- Advance the use of AI technologies within business IT and enterprise processes.
Requirements
- Completed education or training in informatics or software engineering.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, ideally with C#, C++, Rust, or Java.
- Experience with Python or TypeScript is advantageous.
- Practical experience with large language models, generative AI, and API-based integration.
- Experience developing agentic AI systems, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Copilot, Claude, Kimi, or comparable technologies.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data protection for production AI solutions.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
