Responsibilities
- Design and implement detections for AI-specific threats across distributed infrastructure.
- Build automated response playbooks and orchestration workflows to contain and remediate threats.
- Lead security incident response, forensic investigations, and incident communications across multiple teams.
- Proactively hunt for threats across GPU clusters and distributed training infrastructure.
- Build detection-as-code frameworks, onboard telemetry, and create dashboards for model security, GPU utilization, and sensitive-data access.
- Translate threat research into production detections and support security guardrails across AI, cloud, and software engineering teams.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical AI security incidents.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, with a record of stopping sophisticated production attacks.
- 3+ years of experience securing AI/ML infrastructure, high-performance computing environments, or distributed systems at scale.
- Strong programming skills in Python, KQL, SPL, or similar languages for detection logic and response automation.
- Experience with SIEM platforms, detection technologies, forensic investigations, novel attack techniques, and complex distributed environments.
- Experience securing high-value intellectual property, automating incident response, and conducting proactive threat hunting.
- Ability to collaborate across security, infrastructure, and AI research teams with strong ownership and execution.
