Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
- Own technical workstreams across solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agents, prompt flows, API services, tool integrations, and workflow automations.
- Contribute to architecture and technical direction for Agentic AI systems and agent orchestration.
- Build scalable, secure, reliable AI infrastructure and integrate AI agents with existing systems and workflows.
- Apply coding standards, model evaluation, testing, deployment, observability, security, privacy, and compliance practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to improve performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Embed responsible and ethical AI practices through guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
- Serve as a hands-on technical contributor, resolve complex implementation challenges, and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, security, enterprise architecture, IT, and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- 8–11 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML, Agentic AI, LLM, or Gen AI.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions and AI agents using Python or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of Gen AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, orchestration frameworks, and model evaluation.
- Strong software development knowledge, including APIs, Git, coding standards, testing, deployment, debugging, and documentation.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services such as GCP or Azure is preferred.
- Experience in APIs, automation, data engineering, cloud engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to build reliable integrations across systems, tools, APIs, data sources, and enterprise workflows.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, security, privacy, and compliance for AI-enabled systems.
- Preferred certifications include AI/ML, Agentic AI, Gen AI, responsible AI, or cloud-native development certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, curiosity, technical ownership, and mentoring abilities.
