Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and support new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and resolve high-impact application development problems.
- Design, build, test, debug, and implement robust, scalable, high-performance applications.
- Ensure application designs align with enterprise architecture, scalability, high availability, and consistency requirements.
- Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, backend services, database integrations, and containerized deployments.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology, business, compliance, and control risks while protecting the firm, clients, and assets.
- Lead application development activities using multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with software application systems analysis and programming.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, React JS, REST APIs, multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, enterprise design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience developing and architecting integrated solutions with scalability, high availability, and consistency requirements.
- Experience developing APIs and web services using REST and SOAP.
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle, or NoSQL platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and Docker deployment.
- Experience with JUnit, Cucumber, Jasmine, or Mocha testing frameworks.
- Preferred experience with Kafka or other high-speed messaging platforms.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery technologies and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

- Full-time position based in Irving, Texas.
- Base salary range of $107,120.00 to $160,680.00, excluding potential incentive and retention awards.
