Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Python automation solutions for assigned application-support workstreams.
- Produce high-level and low-level designs, reusable frameworks, and architecture patterns across ITIL phases.
- Build GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities including agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG over runbooks, and knowledge assistants.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, auto-remediation, root-cause analysis, batch operations, health checks, data fixes, access workflows, and reporting.
- Implement SRE and observability practices including SLI/SLOs, golden signals, self-healing, event correlation, and alert-noise reduction.
- Integrate ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, monitoring systems, and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders and delivery teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the technical requirements also specify 8+ years in software or automation engineering.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Advanced Python skills and hands-on delivery of production automation assets are required.
- Hands-on GenAI and Agentic AI development experience is required, including prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integration, guardrails, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting integration, and event-driven design is required.
- Experience with SRE, event correlation, observability, DevOps/CI/CD, and ITIL is required.
- Preferred experience includes vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred certifications include Python, cloud, Generative AI, ITIL, or observability certifications.
- Clear communication, solution demonstration, and stakeholder collaboration skills are required.
