Base Salary
$172k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex issues in the Planning and Controls stack using logs and replayed simulation data.
- Develop, test, and deploy software fixes for immediate autonomous vehicle challenges.
- Build internal tooling and scripts to automate log analysis and recurring workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to connect on-road issues with ongoing software development.
- Contribute to large, modular, and well-documented codebases and production release processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field is required.
- Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
- At least 3 years of C++ software development experience focused on high-performance and resilient systems.
- Experience delivering software in production environments, including large-scale version control and rigorous release cycles.
- Ability to navigate and contribute to large, complex codebases.
- Bonus experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, ROS, DDS, or autonomous systems.
