Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop computer, network, and specialized utility software.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis principles.
- Update and enhance existing software capabilities.
- Develop and direct software testing and validation procedures.
- Integrate hardware and software systems with computer hardware engineers and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Operate and improve efficiency and training tools for online models and manage large-scale hardware resources.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and capacity-related engineering for distributed systems.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Golang, or C++, with solid coding skills and good coding practices.
- Proficiency with storage and middleware systems such as MySQL, Redis, and MQ, including basic troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks and libraries such as Flask, Celery, Django, Tornado, and NumPy, or Go frameworks such as Beego, Gin, Gorm, Sarama, and gRPC-Go.
- Experience with time-series and data components such as OpenTSDB, Prometheus, InfluxDB, and OLAP databases such as ClickHouse.
- Strong responsibility, learning ability, communication, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation.
- Preferred experience with search or recommendation systems, React and visualization tools such as ECharts, AntV, and D3.js, AI agent development, cloud computing, virtual machines, containers, networking, and message queues.
- Preferred experience building CPU/GPU resource management platforms, familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures, anomaly diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred experience with distributed storage systems such as HDFS and key-value stores such as LevelDB or RocksDB.
