Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications and backend services for the video advertising platform.
- Build high-performance, low-latency, highly concurrent systems and optimize software performance and reliability.
- Analyze requirements, customize applications, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on integrated solutions.
- Support software updates and releases, including seamless rollout of new features.
- Profile, benchmark, debug, and optimize system performance on Linux.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in peer programming, design sprints, and prototyping sessions.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications.
- Document development activities and communicate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience; the posting also lists 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++, including multithreading, concurrency, asynchronous programming, and memory management.
- Experience designing and developing high-performance, low-latency, highly concurrent backend services.
- Experience with Linux performance profiling, benchmarking, debugging, and system-level optimization.
- Solid understanding of RPC frameworks, HTTP/gRPC protocols, and distributed service architectures.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and technical innovation skills.
- Familiarity with online machine learning inference or model-serving frameworks such as NVIDIA Triton or ONNX Runtime is preferred.
- Experience with inference scheduling, batching, and CPU/GPU resource optimization is preferred.
- Strong interest in learning and practicing new techniques.
