Responsibilities
- Triage incoming bug reports and feature requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in SQL and non-relational databases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user support via Slack.
- Monitor application health and build alerting for failures.
- Automate recurring operational tasks to reduce overhead.
- Implement features and bug fixes in internal applications.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
- Support release management through CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and maintain user-facing help documentation.
- Write and expand automated test coverage.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional full-stack software development or IT experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with React or a comparable front-end framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git-based workflows.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to work.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Fluency in English for communication with US-based colleagues.
- Legally authorized to work in Colombia.
