Responsibilities
- Own product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily while working directly with the CTO and founding engineers.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Write, iterate, and scale production code while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Talk with customers and incorporate their feedback into product development.
- Take full ownership of projects and outcomes.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and ideally experience coding with AI tools.
- Experience with LLM APIs is a bonus.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
