Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI tools, frameworks, and testing infrastructure for use by multiple teams and businesses.
- Analyze requirements and testability, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable test solutions.
- Lead or participate in design reviews, test planning, and test-tool reviews while aligning teams on tool strategy.
- Simplify test tools and technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, stability, extensibility, and scalability.
- Build scalable systems using high-level and low-level design practices and peer reviews.
- Improve operational efficiency for owned services and maintain development dashboards, telemetry, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in employee hiring and development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
