Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and deploy Conversational AI solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and modern web technologies.
- Implement and optimize bot behaviors using conversational design best practices.
- Develop proofs of concept and production-ready solution components.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions function as expected.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across SaaS applications.
- Adapt existing integrations to meet evolving customer needs.
- Produce documentation including specifications and test cases.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineers and Project Managers on solution design.
- Participate in customer workshops to clarify technical details.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solutioning or operations consulting.
- Proven ability to translate operational needs into AI use cases.
- Strong knowledge of AI and NLP technologies.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n.
- Working knowledge of API integrations and basic coding/scripting.
- Demonstrated curiosity and personal use of AI tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
