Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications using full-stack development practices.
  • Develop complete solutions with back-end and front-end languages in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack Python and JavaScript applications.
  • Configure and maintain customized Linux operating systems.
  • Write source code for new applications and enhance existing code samples.
  • Identify system improvements and account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
  • Research and implement commercial cyber solutions such as antivirus, content disarm, cross-domain solutions, or data loss prevention tools.
  • Develop Linux tools, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and containerized workflows when needed.
  • Acquire client requirements and contribute to software products and system architectures.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications.
  • At least 7 years of software development experience with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
  • At least 5 years of full-stack Python development experience.
  • At least 3 years of JavaScript development experience.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining customized Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software products.
  • Experience developing complete solutions with back-end and front-end languages.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and eligibility for access to classified information.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred experience with cyber solution software, Docker or Podman, Angular or similar frameworks, Linux workflow tools, cyber-centric teams, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and client requirements.
  • A master’s degree or cyber certifications such as Security+, CEH, or GSEC is preferred.
