Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Produce, test, and maintain Board Support Packages for various platforms.
- Develop a custom bootchain for the platform.
- Develop and maintain the custom Linux OS running on ADAS platforms.
- Implement secure boot mechanisms and recovery boot workflows.
- Manage CVEs throughout the lifecycle of the platform.
- Configure IPC mechanisms for communication between Real-Time and Application domains.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded, buildroot, or similar Linux packaging technologies.
- Experience developing Linux device drivers for Ethernet, GPU, PCIE, or flash devices.
- Bootloader experience, including U-Boot or UEFI.
- Experience with Secure Boot, DMVerity, FSCrypt, and production-security technologies.
- Strong experience in developing embedded applications and systems using C++.
- Track record of technical leadership in automotive or related fields.
